Dr. Jeffrey Roistacher embarked on his journey in chiropractic care following his graduation from Life University in 1999. Over the course of the next decade, he dedicated himself to honing his skills and mastering his craft. Recognizing the importance of continuous learning and growth, Dr. Roistacher sought guidance and mentorship from various industry leaders and practice management experts, including Dr. Pete Fernandez, The Masters Circle, David Singer Consulting, and Pro-Adjuster.
Drawing from both his successes and setbacks accumulated over 25 years of practice, Dr. Roistacher founded Extreme Practice Makeover (EPM) with the aim of revolutionizing chiropractic care and practice management. The challenges posed by the Covid-19 pandemic prompted Dr. Roistacher to reimagine his practice model, leading to the development of a new approach centered around niche services and a heightened focus on patient care.
Central to this new model are the 6 Pillars of patient care and the patented "Consult to Close" technique, which Dr. Roistacher developed based on his extensive experience and insights gained throughout his career. These innovative systems have not only propelled Dr. Roistacher's own practice to new heights but have also empowered him to assist hundreds of other doctors in achieving similar success.
By sharing his proven methodologies and systems, Dr. Roistacher aims to empower chiropractors to elevate their practices, redefine the patient experience, and ultimately achieve million-dollar-plus practices. His dedication to innovation, excellence, and mentorship underscores his commitment to advancing the field of chiropractic care and inspiring positive change within the industry.
Dr. Roistacher manages the Raleigh Spine Clinic and Cary Spine Clinic while also running EPM Consulting. Dr. Roistacher is also a KOL (Key Opinion Leader) for Summus Medical Lasers and Kinas Medical.
